Provincetown is pedestrian friendly. Cabs are available throughout the year and pedi cabs are available in season. There are many other options for getting to town, including Cape Air year around and the ferry in season. We also offer guests complimentary use of bicycles.
We provide complimentary transfer service to and from Provincetown Municipal Airport and MacMillan Pier. Please request a transfer during the reservation process or call 24 to 48 hours before your arrival to be sure that we are able to confirm your request.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at $10-$18 per night. We have 2 tandem spaces available, 4 spots total. We retain keys of cars on the premises to provide guests access to their vehicles as needed. We do recommend reserving a spot if you know you are driving.
Six of our rooms feature one queen or full-size bed and are designed for a maximum of two guests. One of our rooms has a twin-size bed intended for a single guest. None of the rooms have 2 beds.
Yes. All of our rooms feature air conditioning.
All five rooms on the second floor have private bathrooms. They are the Crow's Nest, Stow Away, Cape Cod Room, the Room at the End of the Hall, and the Captain's Quarters.
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.
We can accommodate a maximum of two guests per room in six of our rooms. The seventh room, Stow Away, is for a single guest.
We have hair dryers available in each bathroom for your convenience.
We do not have an elevator. However, we do have first floor rooms available. We are happy to carry your luggage to second floor rooms for you.
Our guest rooms do not have fireplaces, however, the common room does have a large, cozy, woodburning fireplace.
We generally require a two or three night stay, depending on the season. During certain holiday weekends and themed weeks, our minimum stay requirements are subject to change.
We regret that we cannot accommodate any guests younger than 18 years of age.
We love pets and welcome well behaved dogs for an additional fee of $35 per night per dog. If you have more than one dog, please call ahead to confirm we can accommodate you. Notification of a dog guest must be made to the inn at the time a reservation is made.
You have the ability to select the specific room you want when booking online.
Yes. We arrange dinner reservations, whale watch tours, dune tours and some other activities.
Check-in is from 2 to 6 PM. However, we do accommodate early and late arrivals. Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving early or late so we can make arrangements. We often store bags for early arrivals. Check-out time is 11 AM. If you have a later departure, we will be happy to store your bags until you leave.
Cancellations are permitted up to 30 days before arrival. All cancellations must be made in writing via email to Secret Garden Inn. A fee equal to 10% of the total reservation will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will be refunded, less a fee equal to 10% of your total reservation, provided we are able to re-rent the room for the entire period. There are no refunds for no-shows, early departures or cancellations on the day of scheduled arrival. Please note that your reservation is not cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation email from Secret Garden Inn.
You are welcome to leave early. However, early departures are considered cancellations of nights reserved and are non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against last-minute emergencies.
