Room occupancy is based on one or two people. All rates are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes. Holidays and special events may attract higher rates and/or minimum stays. A 50% deposit is required when booking. Payment may be made by personal check or credit card. Deposits on rooms cancelled during the "summer" or holiday/special events are NON-REFUNDABLE. At all other times, cancellations or changes to reservations require 14 days advanced notice to receive deposit refund minus a service charge equivalent of 15% of the cost of the stay. All reservations cancelled or changed with less than 14 days notice will be responsible to pay the full deposit. All reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be responsible to pay the full charges for the stay. Payment of the balance of the bill is required on arrival in cash, travelers checks or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted at this time. There is no refund for early departure. Check-in is 2:00 pm and please call for late check-in. Check-out is 11:00 am
